Design And Implementation Of Import And Export Management System

Import and export trade economy in the national economy in the share are growing and the country is also increasing emphasis on foreign trade and economic management.Tianjin Metallurgy Group Import & Export is a foreign trade economy in the national economy.The system can change the traditional manual of import and export trade through information technology to improve the management mode and to improve the efficiency of the import and export department.In view of the problems and present situation of Tianjin Metallurgy Group Import & Export and combining the existing information technology,the system uses Java,SSH framework and MVC design pattern.The system uses B/S network architecture model.The system uses Java and the SSH framework based on MVC pattern.The technical architecture of the system is divided into four layers,that is,the presentation layer,the business layer,the DAO layer and the persistence layer.The presentation layer is implemented by Struts,for receiving the illegal operation control or form data in a web page,which processed by Action.The business layer is implemented by Service,using the Spring method interface and the implementation class to call the business object.The DAO layer according to the function of business module the data needed to determine the corresponding implementation method,and finally through the Hibernate retrieved from the database to the service data object.The database design of the foreign trade import and export management system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2014.The functions of the management system of foreign trade import and export include: customs management,statistical inquiry,financial management,basic data management and system management functions.Among them,the customs management functions including import customs clearance,export declarations,customs warehousing,customs warehouse and the warehouse relationships.Specific functions of customs operations achieved statistical inquiry,including inventory inquiry,customs statistics and business statistics.Specific functions include financial management implemented cost entry,payment orders,payment orders,other expenses,transfer withdrawals,loan single,repayment orders,currency exchange rate setting,bank account management,financial statistics,reimbursement fee review.Specific functions of basic data management to achieve business including customer data management,supplier management,business unit management,product information management and cost settings.Specific functions include system management implemented new users,modify,delete and permission settings,etc.functions.The implementation of the management system of foreign trade and import and export management system can not only meet the real time management of import and export trade,but also improve the management level and efficiency of import and export trade.So as to improve the economic dependence of the import and export trade,and promote the development of the national economy more powerful.
