Price and promotion only to low levels of competition, for the development of potential customers in the high-end customers, continuous mining potential consumption of no help, the enterprise cannot achieve sustainable development. This requires a system to the user’s consumption behavior, trade, customer data analysis, conclude that some customers need to maintain, that some customers need to promote, guide the telecom operators related roles of marketing and maintenance.This article proposed based on CRM exact marketing system and operation analysis system by creating a trigger type marketing, marketing initiative, multiple wave marketing closed-loop marketing management process information support to help telecommunication enterprises to realize the precise marketing service concept. This paper introduces the CRM precision marketing system architecture, and CRM sales system, marketing system, customer management system, management analysis system, as well as the precise marketing system and each module interface, and then this paper introduces in detail the main business processes of precision marketing system time scheme, the final text of the summary on precision marketing promotion and future development.
