Based on the three aspects of the understanding of Web3.0in the IT industry, the history of the Internet and Mr. Herbert Marshall McLuhan’s theory of the "tribalization", this paper has concluded a formal definition of the concept of Web3.0:Web3.0is a intelligent personalized information recommending network technology era with the social media as the core information interface, based on Cloud technology and Mobile Internet of Things. Meanwhile,a conclusion that Web3.0will be a milestone for the process of "retribalization" has been made. After that, the paper come up with the "five concentric circles" Topological structure of Web3.0, and analyze all the elements and information flows in that structure, in order to conclude the four communication mode patterns, which are constructed from the perspective of the four kinds of Internet users, which are the general users, the promoters, the professional journalists and the governors.Those patterns describe the Web3.0communication activities in several different aspects, and help to make some analysis of Web3.0’s some significant impacts on daily life.With the four patterns integrated, the paper concluded the pattern of "the Web3.0tribal mode", which embodies the disciplines of the communication activities in the perspective of the whole Internet in the era of Web3.0.Then, the paper analyzes some congenital defects of the Web3.0techniques, which lead to some atypical features for the process of retribalization.
