| Along with the people's diversified digital radio&video needs rapid growth, networknew media has met her rapid development in recent years. Meanwhile, CCTV International'sonline and CNTV's launching has shown the prosperity and widest prospects of this industry.On business model, with reference of Telecom Industry's eTOM model, Network NewMedia Platform's BOSS system established a three-level Supporting Platform Model:Business Support Platform, Operation Support Platform and Data Support Platform. At thesame time, Network New Media BOSS process its function division oriented from threeaspects: user aspect, business operating aspect and system maintenance aspect.In order to ensure subsystem flexibility, improve system extensibility and reuse existingsystems, on overall architecture solution schema, BOSS has chosen service oriented structure.Between subsystems and between old systems and subsystems, they communicate with eachother by standardized format webservices.On making choice of implementation technique for BSS/OSS, different technologycombinations were chosen, according to their different business needs. BSS focuses onbusiness operation therefore adopted the current popular struts2+spring+hibernate framework;while OSS focuses on system configuration and thus adopted gwt-ext+spring+hibernateframework, which provides rich support for the control.Since there is no mature BOSS system in Network New Media field, a number oftechnical innovations hava been advanced in system designing. On access authentication, akind of self-adapting multiple access protocols was advanced; on pricing and billing, aschema based on classificatied multi-way tree was proposed; on paying, a kind of double sidetransparent paying interface for users and third-party payment gateways was designed. At thesame time, along with web3.0's coming, Network New Media BOSS provided supportpredictably for Web3.0 semantic network by the way of Web3.0 New Media Widget, throughwhich users could custom therir individual Web3.0 Widget, and charge the programs theyreleased, fully reflecting the idea of creation-is- earnings.In short, based on telecom eTOM, this paper accomplished a suit of soluation fornetwork new media BOSS system, through flexible architecture and reasonable technologiesusage. While far lack of related system for reference, after several innovative works, thispaper offered a number of technical innovations. Finally, with theoretical analysis and casestudies, this system design has been proved full of theory meaning and practical value. |
