The security production management informatization, standardizationrequirements gradually implemented, combined with the actual situation ofmanagement in metallurgical geological system of production safety, then make asafety production management information system of a suitable industry safetydevelopment needs. It is an important significance to improve the informatization andstandardization level of management in order to standardize the production safetymetallurgical geological units based management.According to the characteristics of safety management of metallurgicalgeological industry units, on the current situation of safety management informationsystem research and development at home and abroad are analyzed, the metallurgicaland geological information system security management must be based on the actualneeds of enterprises, and the analysis of results for safety management ofmetallurgical geological industry based on the system, improvement. By introducingthe PDCA operation control mode, control with outstanding safety management workflow management, production safety work of each unit, each post implementation ofprocess control, in accordance with the planning, implementation, check and improvethe model of safety management work an important link in process improvement andreengineering, standardization, process safety management work. At the same time, give full consideration to the focus of securitymetallurgical geological units, the system adopts the B/S architecture is easy tooperate, relying on advanced management methods and means of support, scientificanalysis to reasonable use, to the information, to maximize the information collection,aggregation and statistical decision support, also may provide the basis for scientific judgement for decision makers, set a clear direction for the next step of managementand all kinds of management activity instruction, can enhance communication systemusing personnel, opportunities for improvement, to maximize the function ofinformation management system, improve the unit of production safety work.According to the information system with the development of new technology andprospected, looks forward to the development requirements.Based on the actual demand of security management information system inmetallurgical and geological units were studied, the main contents and key points ofsafety management of metallurgical and geological work, provides a new idea for thistype of enterprise informatization and standardization of safety management, it hopesto have certain reference significance for such units.
