Design And Realization Of The Wireless Floor Call System Based On ZigBee

With the development of the construction industry, construction liftshave been used more widely. In order to improve production efficiency,saves the precious human capital, construction lifts are requires more onthe floor calling system: higher floors, more safety lifts, convenient andflexible installation, high data communication reliability etc.AS the newtechnology ZigBee come into being, the wireless technology adds a member,ZigBee is a kind of short distance wireless solutions, its low powerconsumption, low data rate (2.4GHz up to250Kb/S), low cost technology,make it more applicable in the complex industrial environment.This paper first introduces the present situation and the demand of thefloor calling system, put forward a floor calling system based on the newtechnology ZigBee, by using its technical features design and researchcontents of each part, then selects C51RF-CC2431-ZDK ZIGBEE wirelessnetwork positioning system as a hardware platform. Secondly, the paperfocuses on the overall design diagram of the floor calling system, whichuses the wireless MCU CC2430as the ZigBee protocol support, at the sametime, this paper analyses the ZigBee2006protocol stack system in detail,including protocol standard, protocol feature, protocol structure model,software design procedure and so on. This research devises and analysessome of hardware circuit module, such as a storage circuit, a weight signaland the motor rotation signal acquisition,485communications andkeyboard display circuit, antenna design. The research uses networkbuilding, routing algorithm, the terminal node as the description of softwaredesign process, which completes the complicated network building, datacommunication function and anti interference design, enableing the systemadapt to the harsh industrial environment while reducing the wiringdifficulties. Finally, according to technology condition of the project, theauthor tests the function module of the system, and lists some of test data toanalysis.Systematic research shows that the application of ZigBee in floorcalling system can effectively realize both timely communication of the callinformation between storeys and high security data communication, what’smore,it enjoys a good anti-interference ability and convenient installation feature.
