With the development of wireless communication technologies,the trend in development of industrial detection in future is wireless detection of the scene parameters achieved by the use of wireless sensor network.Wireless sensor network is formed by a large number of cheap micro-sensor nodes in detection region and composes a self-organizing multi-hop network through wireless communication,in order to coordinately perceive,collect and process the real-time information of object detection in the network coverage area,and send to observers. IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee technology introduces in recent years,which is a wireless communication technology.This technology's characteristics are low-cost,low-power, close-up low-complexity and low-rate.It is the first choice of technology platform to build wireless sensor network.The dissertation designs the topology network which is applicable to scene detection of parameters and builds multi-layer network structure-the bottom layer is a number of terminal nodes,the middle layer is data coordination node and the upper layer is general computer.The basis of these works is in-depth study of IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee technology and the careful analysis of the industrial site wireless testing parameters.This design takes ZigBee SOC production solutions CC2430 single-chip wireless node devices as a core hardware which is produced by TI(Chipcon) recently.At the same time,it makes use of the source code open, easy to transplant,easy to maintain,easy expansion,a smaller code space(no more than 32KB), as the network protocol stack MSSTATE LRWPAN communication protocol.Besides,it selects high-precision digital temperature and humidity sensor data at the SHT11 detection,to achieve a low-cost,low-power,high efficiency,on-site wireless testing device parameters.In addition,it programs send and receive serial procedures and Access 2003 database access procedures using Visual C++6.0 in the upper-end computer,so as to achieve real-time display of test data and database mass storage.The dissertation completes the formation of small-scale ZigBee scene parameters wireless detection network,collection of temperature and humidity sensor data,and wireless network transmission.After the test of network performance,we found that the device has high receiver sensitivity,better communication distance,short time delay of network communication, network-efficient data transmission,network self-organization and self-healing ability and good scalability.ZigBee wireless sensor networks can replace the traditional scene parameters detection devices,since the traditional scene parameters detection device is a complicated equipment, requires a large number of wiring,a large number of needed infrastructure,and is not easy to change the location of monitoring points.This dissertation provides new solution to the design of scene parameters wireless detection devices and application of actual network.
