Data acquisition is the modern measurement and control system is an important part ofequipment monitoring system to the front of the data source. In many cases data acquisitionsystem is for a particular function demand and development, each a path can only a fixed aparticular signal collection, general limited, application scope not widespread. In this paper,the comprehensive monitoring equipment in cases of various kinds of acquisition often needto pressure, flow, displacement, liquid level, the switch quantity, pulse of the requirements ofdata acquisition, and combined with the advantages of no paper recorder, developed aportable, multi-channel, high precision, universal multi-function mixed data I/O modules, inany acquisition channel can achieve to a variety of mixed signal collection, and have ananalog output and the switch quantity function, outside the implementation of the completecontrol, with a low cost to the maximum satisfy all kinds of industrial control and monitoringoccasions high precision, multi-channel data acquisition and output requirements.Multifunctional mixed data I/O modules in the hardware circuit mainly by microcontroller circuit, port function switching circuit, mixed data input circuit, mixed data outputcircuit, CAN send and receive circuit and other parts. According to the function ofmulti-function switching circuit code, the software configuraion and function choice, do notneed to be in hardware circuit of the big do change, through the switch of switching modulecan be flexible to simulate the input, switch input or output and input pulses, analog output avariety of functions such as combination. Through the CAN bus agreement, multi-functionmixed data I/O modules CAN be connected to a LAN, convenient realize data collection andtest equipment control system is connected, and CAN be widely used in the field of industrialcontrol, meet the on-site application practical needs.(1). Detailed discussion multi-function mixed I/O modules of the overall design scheme,and introduces the I/O modules design needs to achieve the design index.(2) The microprocessor to ADI company AduC7060as data acquisition and output microcontroller, the company LPC11C14as to NXP CAN control communications chip for thehardware circuit basis, and discusses the multi-function mixed data I/O modules each unitcircuit of component and realizaion mechanism, and analyses the port function configurationmodule circuit and PWM transfer principle analysis and concrete realization circuit;According to the mixed data input and output channel design guiding ideology, focus onmodule design in software control mode mixed data I/O realizaion process.(3) Combined with the characteristics of the hardware circuit module, to REALVIEWMDK to software development tools, based on the AduC7060of data collection and output program and based on the LPC11C14CAN driver two most detailed analysis the I/O modulesof the software design thought, and gives part of the core program source code.(4) With multi-function mixed I/O module in guangzhou railway locomotive group of0832domestic it’s installation of locomotive running example analysis, and prove themulti-function data I/O module and the traditional function of a single data acquisitionmodule of the advantages compared.
