Cardiovascular disease is one of the important diseases endangering human health, ECG as a clinical diagnosis tool, for cardiovascular disease analysis, provide basis for therapy. How to accurate detection and analysis of ECG signals for cardiovascular disease plays an important role in clinical diagnosis.ECG signal is a weak surface electrical signal, the traditional hardware acquisition method with a high performance amplifier. Thus the collection circuit complexity, poor stability, the collected ECG signal is not accurate. In view of the drawbacks of traditional methods, in this paper, the hardware acquisition system by American ADI company ADuC7060chip as acquisition system kernel, its24bit∑-△ADC to obtain the initial standard leads ECG signal, then the preprocessing and digital filtering of ECG signal, and a no amplifier ECG acquisition system.In QRS wave detection of R wave detection method, by comparison, due to P wave whose amplitude is smaller, the slope is not obvious, the P wave detection and recognition technology is not very mature. This paper presents a method based on Prony algorithm P wave detection method, realizes the ECG waveform to be detected after the separation, the accuracy is better than other algorithms. To use wavelet transform to detect R waves, the common arrhythmia disorders are simple analysis.Without the amplifier ECG acquisition system using high precision A/D converter (ADuC7060) as the sampling circuit of the kernel, can accurately collected ECG signal, to collect ECG signal using Prony algorithm processing, accurate positioning of the P peak position. Using wavelet transform method to get the R peak position, the common arrhythmia discrimination. The experiment results show that using the acquisition and processing system for ECG signal analysis in advantage, to engage in ECG signal detection and analysis of personnel to provide accurate and efficient methods.
