At present, it exists motor vehicles and bicycle mixed traffic in some urban roads and the slip roads in the urban road traffic system. This phenomenon influences the road traffic network, increases traffic accident hidden trouble, and decreases capacity in traffic network. So it's important to get timely and reliable mixed traffic data and providing basic data for researching mixed traffic in urban traffic management planning.However, the current collection method of traffic flow which is mainly vehicle traffic flow does not adapt our own proper mixed traffic environment in China. In view of the existing situation, it proposes a acquisition system that uses the rubber pneumatic tube detection technology to apply the collection vehicles and bicycle mixed traffic flow parameters in the dissertation.This acquisition system consists of roadside signal acquisition unit and traffic data analysis system. The function of roadside signal acquisition unit is to record time information and pressure size when the vehicles pass through the two rubber pneumatic tubes. After finishing the acquisition unit work it uploads data to the computer, and then the traffic data analysis system manages the data uniformly. It can get mixed traffic parameter.In the dissertation, we research and design the hardware circuit and software program based on the function of roadside signal acquisition unit. It implements the functions of roadside signal acquisition unit acquiring and storage data of vehicles and bicycle mixed traffic flow parameters. Due to the imported equipment only storage all or nothing signal commonly, this system also collects and records pressure values. So this study deeply analyses that how temperature changes to influence the pressure. And it deals with the problem by means of the corresponding analytical instrument.According to the original data of the time of axle and pressure value, the traffic data analysis system can calculate the relevant parameters, like vehicle types, vehicle length, vehicle speed, and traffic flow. And it can generate various traffic flow tables with the timed and calculate peak hour factor parameter.Also it can statistic and management the collect data. This system makes improvement in detection Principle according to the mixed traffic flow in which deals with isolated bizarrerie Data and divide vehicle type according to the stress value and axle.This dissertation researchs and exploits the collection system of mixed traffic flow parameter based on pressure sensor.The system makes improvement in detection Principle and data processing algorithm. Experiment result shows that it brings out higher accuracy and reliability and has good actual value and value of popularize.
