With the rapid development of the construction machinery industry in our country, people’s demand for remote monitoring and managerial system of the construction machinery has become higher.But most interfaces of the current remote monitoring systems of the the constructi-on machinery are two-dimensional or pseudo-three-dimensional,low in simulation and bad in interactivity.Aimed at the deficiency of the traditional remote monitoring systems of the construction machinery in information presentation and man-machine interaction,this thesis,with an actual collaboration project of production,education and research as the background,structures a remote monitoring system of concrete pump based on virtual reality by adopting C/S framework.This system is aimed at providing all the owners of the pump trucks with an immersed three-dimensional remote monitoring platform.And with the elevation of the operation efficiency and information quantity of the monitoring system,it has a wide developing prospect and a great research value.Targeted at the construction of client side based on virtual reality,this thesis analyzes and designs the general framework of the remote monitoring system of concrete pump.It also analizes the main functional modules that client side needs to be realized,which are successively network cpommunication,real time motion state simulation of monitoring equipments, history motion state replay,simulated manipulation of virtual pump trucks and monitoring the supervision of the logs.This thesis studies the key technological principles and concrete accomplishing approaches of every functional modules of the client side, mainly including the accomplishment of the communication between the virtools’client side and its server,the research on the principle of the motion state simulation of monitoring equipments,accomplishment of the virtual pump truck driving,automatic routing and simulated pumping,monitoring the generative methods of the logs,monitoring the recording and managerial functions,as well as the generative methods of state analysis charts.This thesis gives detailed procedures and explanations in terms of the accomplishment process of all the client side’s functional modules and, through its connection test with the server, accomplishes the construction of the client side based on virtual reality which has been put into use.
