Dahua Company Project Management System Design And Implementation

As the rapid development and popularization of the information technology andmodern management knowledge, the demands on the IT application in the governmentsand enterprises can not be ignored any more. Meanwhile, the advanced informationtechnology has paved the foundation for the construction of the managementinformation system. The project management is one of the key factors among the corecompetition factors for the enterprises and institutes. The project managementinformation system is critical for the successful management of the project business.This paper briefly introduces the concept and function of the project managementsoftware, and analyzes the features and informationization demands in the projectmanagement of Dahua company. The system is designed and developed with Javatechnology and based on the well-known technologies for computer softwaredevelopment. This system can conduct the whole life management of the project, bycontrolling the whole process from the planning to the close of the project contract, andtaking the contract management as the main topic. This paper also introduces theprocess of the project implementation in detail, and can be used as a reference for thedesign and development of the project management information system and theexpanding of the informatization projects.
