Network Enterprise Collaborative Project Management

Network enterprise is a kind of new developing things, it is the inevitable result that the modern enterprise combined with the internet. Network enterprise is a kind of new-type enterprise form, it is structured on the foundation of existing production, manage, management of traditional enterprise, comprehensive utilization of modern network technology and communication technology, and reorganization and reconstructing to the organization, business procedure, management thought.Project management is a series of key activities that guarantees time, budget and quality, it includes the formulation of the project plan, following, controls and dynamic adjustment of the implementation according to the plan.Synergetic Theory-Computer Supported Cooperative, Work (CSCW) is: Under the support environment of the computer technology, especially under the environment of computer network, a colony finishes a common task working in coordination, its goal is designing and supporting various kinds of application systems working in coordination.The paper integrated network enterprise ,project management and Synergetic Theory, author's own theory view and realized thinking is put forward on the basis of the thing that forefathers study. First part, the question is put forward, and the current situation, main content and meaning of research of relevant theory is expounded and analyzed. Second part, some basic theories of network enterprise and project management is explained especially, and to the characteristic of network enterprise oneself based on the project cooperation, the typical organization model is put forward. The third part, the project management in coordination of network enterprise is researched, explaining it from three respects. First, relevant coordination mechanism and coordinate models is set up through the relevant procedure integration among the members of network enterprise, the cooperative management is realized among network enterprises. Second, the important content of project management of the network enterprise is described in detail. Third, project control management of network enterprise is researched, including the progress control management, cost control management and quality control management. The last part, the projectmanagement in coordination of network enterprise platform is proposed which adopt Web Services technology to realize, the function that should possess to the system platform on the whole is described, the function of project dynamic control management in network enterprise is realized mainly. Particularly, integrating Web Service that a lot of members enterprises offer in an intact Project Control application program is realized; Web Services operating each other that disposed at the different Web Services platform is realized; the visit of the client to Project Control Web Services is realized; integrating several clients in the Web Services application program is realized.
