The target of Railway Constructing Project Management Information System(RCPMIS) is that we can use infromation technique to manage the railway constructing projects and the emphases is project' s management.RCPMIS has 21 function modules. The quality the cost and the rate of progress modules are it' s core modules. RCPMIS is made up of Link Works of MenLong, TGPMS of SanXia and the module developed by Railway Department.But the three parts have some difference,for example the development environment, development mode, design system, the mode of display and so on. So this system's target is Realization system integration without seamless, affording a one and only interface for the users of RCPMIS, each module working in phase, high-powered providing serve for the users of RCPMIS as the all and the one.This thesis analyzes the idiographic function requirement of RCPMIS at first, at the same time explains the technology, function, realization technology, compositive administrative levels and systematic structure of general Enterprises Application Integration(EAI). Based on these, we bring forward a N layers enterprise application compositive project of Service Oriented Architecture(SOA). The emphases is data compositive project between two Oracle databases and it simulates the replicating technology of Oracle, Namely the data synchronization between two Oracle databases.This project realizes the synchronization between two oracle databases with HTTP protocol. It has high effective capability and expansibility. In the data synchronization process, there are two projects,they are whole table synchronizationand increment synchronization.This thesis detailedly introduces each realization project and the design pattern of class libraries. At the same time we explain the technology of XML, XML Web Services, C0M+,.NET application framework etc. At last we bring forward the systematic structure of this EAI based on analysing every compositive project.we also give a prospect to the EAI technology and bring forward the future advanced of this topic.
