Based On The Research And Implementation Of Information System Of The Crl Workflow

The coming information society will greatly change the people’s life. Thesoftwares are the core of information technology and take very important functions.How to improve the qualities of the software is coming infront of the all the softwareenterprises. They have to solve this issue immediately. In the old days, the way ofcontrolling the quality of the softwares is count on people and their paper works;meanwhile, the old work flow is quietly complicated. The messages transferred amongthe departments such as BSD department, DIO department, MIS department and DBAdepartment is not effective.So the requirement of the simple and effective work flow isbecoming urgency.This thesis takes the CRL System of N Company as background, and inducts thework flow technology into the development of the CRL. Based on the introduction ofwork flow technology and work flow engine, this thesis has analyzed some businessrequirements refer to the cash management, such as Pre CRL process, CRL2006process, CRCL process and Bug Fix process. And this thesis has established thecorrelative business model and system function model. The thesis analyzes the relationbetween CRL and SharePoint system. The thesis takes the SharePoint SPM workflowplat developed by Taiwan Inventec as the foundation, and discusses the overallarchitecture of the system, design scheme and the architecture of the database designbased on the workflow. This thesis dissertates the system implement technology basedon the workflow including the issuing a task, webpage refer to business process, theinitialization of the webpage, the control of the workflow procedure, handling theexceptions, recording the logs, sending mails to customers and so on.The development and research of CRL system refer to this thesis prove the validityof the workflow technology in the development of application systems which focus onbusiness process controls.
