The Realization Of The Backup Of Liangshan Prefecture E-government Data Center

As social and economic development, Government agencies provide the socialcommunity more and more kinds of services. So the request of higher quality ofservices is growing,according to <State E-Government Framework>,a detailedinstruction of establishing the State E-Government framework has been issued by theauthority. The establishing of the local E-Government framework should base on it, andin addition, should implement according to the local conditions. It is the very mode thatthe People’s Government of LiangShan establish the E-government Framework.Data security is the core of E-Government. Because of rapidly increasing of businessdata, the data saving and backup/restoration of E-Government play essential roles. Thisdesign contains the establishing of the E-Government of the People’s Government ofLiangShan, emphasis the importance of system backup, in addition, analyze the mainframework and describe the key techniques of E-Government.Three modules are used in main design architecture, including the backup subsystem,backup proxy and data restoration subsystem. The backup subsystem is the center of thesystem, the backup subsystem co-operate with the backup proxy and data restorationsubsystem. We analyze and describe its role and function for subsystem backup. Whenthe backup system receives the console commands, several kinds of key technologies,such as parallel transaction processing,multi-user processing,B/S interactive andmonitor are used to handle the command, transaction backup/restore and monitorsystem execution. The parallel transaction processing provides the ability of handlingseveral transaction at the same time. Multi-user processing and solution system canreceive orders from different users. B/S interaction system provides users friendly GUIinterfaces. The monitor processing uses callback function to monitor the processing andthree-party communications, and stores all the monitoring data.Then backup system can support parallel processing, meanwhile, support multi-userand generate the monitoring data.
