Liangshan Prefecture Government Operations Outside The Network Management System Design And Implementation

The exterior E-government network of Yi Autonomous Prefecture is not only theprefecture node of the national exterior E-government network，but also the networkplatform which connects government departments and its17counties。 As theconstruction of the exterior E-government network of Yi Autonomous prefecturefurthers,the increasing users and the online systems business brings higher requirementson the service capacity and the maintenance management.Currently,China’s exterior E-government network construction and administrativesystem is isomorphism, which use the pattern of “classification construction,classification management”. The exterior E-government network of Yi AutonomousPrefecture is constructed, managed, and maintained by the information center of YiAutonomous Prefecture, and the information center also manages the WAN link ofexterior E-government network that connected17counties. The maintenance andmanagement include two aspects: operation management focus on monitoring,scheduling, fault complaint of network performance; and the maintenance focus onequipment maintenance, testing and management.The main purpose of this research focuse on the maintenance management systemof the exterior E-government network,and based on the thorough analyzing the SNMP,conforming to the theory and the structure， so as to realized the maintenancemanagement system of the exterior E-government network of Yi AutonomousPrefecture. Main results are as follows:1. Analyze the technical theory of SNMP, and summarize of all the mainstream ofthe network management system implementation methods and its advantages anddisadvantages.2. Put forward the theory and the structure’s standard of the maintenancemanagement system of the exterior E-government network of Yi AutonomousPrefecture.3. Use the UML to design the model of the system from beginning to end.To useMicrosoft’s SQL Server2008database and the C#language to develop the system, Based on the.NET platform and the developmental package of HP SNMP++.NET.4. The system include the managing the network topology, monitoring theoperation of network, managing the resource of network, managing the maintenance ofnetwork, managing the network system, managing the statistic and inquiry,etc..
