The Electronic Government Affairs Decision-making System Based On Distributed Etl Design And Implementation

Today, with the rapid development of internet application, the E-government has high demand of information accuracy. The database have been applicated in many fields including Ministry of Public Health, police, procurator’s office.But all only be applicated in same level department of goverment. Recent year, Various government sectors focus on people’s livelihood, in order to get a good information monitoring for the subordinate unit, and do some analysis work on macro-control policies of the strategy, they demand urgently for a system that providing the pertinent information.Building up the data warehouse is effective methods in the current industry. Through this, it can integer more than10years of historical data, analysis these information, and get the detail’s trend of the marketing. These have a Great significance for the government high-level.In this paper, it provide a distributed data warehouse system under the background of e-government of shanghai People’s Procuratorate, describe a design of program in detail. First it analyzes the feasibility and the system requirements, on this basis, discuss the Implementation of the program and method. In the part of outline design it confirmed the task of system building, System architecture, Module function, and module design. This project can provide a reference for the Relevant agencies of government which having the same business.In the system, many kinds of Technology be applicated. It includs SSIS ETL, UML data modeling, OLAP SSAS tools and hadoop Distributed framework. The database adopt the sql2005. By these technology, Opening source hadoop framework can solve the problem that a large amounts of data transforming slowly in ETL process, and make the process of ETL become more easy managing.
