With the accelerating of the agricultural modernization process, it has important urgency and realistic significance to speed up the agricultural informatization construction and promote the healthy and stable development of agricultural production for thr realization the agricultural industrialization and modernization.WebGIS provides the agricultural informatization construction with new opportunities and Strong technical support.On the basis of analysising the characteristics of WebGIS and the specific demands of the project, this dissertation has accomplished whole design and implementment of the farmland environmental information management and display platform on the base of geographic information system. combined with the wireless sensor network ground observation and satellite remote sensing technology, this system realized the real-time accurate monitoring to the agriculture ecological environment parameters changes in different scale, and provide real-time accurate information service for field management, agricultural production decision and early agricultural yield estimation.The main work finished in this dissertation include:(1) As the system is based on B/S architecture, the client has the advantage of independent to browser and operating system. The user can log in the system through the Internet, without the restrictions in time and place.(2) Friendly graphical user interface and abundant functions are provided in this system to meet all the applicationlots needs of users. It supports not only the basic GIS function of electronical map, such as map zoom, pan, Scale, but also advanced GIS functions such as query, thematic mapping, remote sensing images rendering, remote data download. This platform provided with users a wealth of statistics and data sharing capabilities.(3) The spatial database and operational database are established to store and update real-time ground data collection.The Implementation of this system provides a fast, intuitive and scientific means for farmland information management, agricultural resource planning and agricultural policy-making, and has the certain demonstration effect to the agricultural informatization construction.
