Research On Publishing Geographic Spactial Information Over Web Based On Military Geography Database

Along with Internet and technical development in database, the application of Web GIS is gradually mature and get the extensive usage in the each profession.The troops conductor automation net,military geography database establishes and perfects, applies for the Web GIS to train and battle to provide the good movement environment and the data environment. This text according to the network system of publishing geographic spacial information based on military geography database provides convenient for the troops to understand the battlefield information, realizes the functions about the search of data information and distance, the basic operation of map, and analyse of the map's spatial information, etc.First,this paper introduces the main project and the system construction of publishing geographic spatial information over Web,puts forward the system construction mode in keeping with the system;The second, describes the data management the system emphatically, establishes the geographic data construction model, makes use of the database of Oracle to proceed the management to the amount of sea data, and introduces the technique problem about how to resolve the data accessing model, distributed object model and computing, the data flows, map manifestation and analyse in the system research process.Finally,the paper introduces the gathering software in the browser of IE server, the network system of publishing geographic spactial information based on military geography database, including its developmental and circulating environment, developmental construction and basic function, etc. Together with the development of the present WebGIS and the contents of this paper, the problem of the research and improvement in the system is put forward,and the outlook to the development direction of this realm is proceeded.
