Spatial database management system is a computer system used to collect,store,manage,retrieve,analysis and express the spatial data. The spatial data is composed of non-spatial attributes and spatial attributes that are 80%. There are very common applications in management of these spatial data in City Security-Protected System. As an essential part, Fire Prevention System has a important approach that is Spatial database modeling.This article describes the actuality of spatial information technology applied for City Fire Prevention fields. According to the spatial data's basic conceptions and features, the author makes a spatial data model based on object-oriented to geographic environment data with object-oriented idea. In this text, spatial data are analyzed by SQL3/SQL99 extended by OGIS standard, and there are some querying examples. Further more, the ADT(Abstract Data Type),the type defined by user, is analyzed to its independence. This article indicates that the definition of spatial data type should be noticed in the modeling with object-oriented method. It makes directing role for object-oriented modeling of spatial database. Additionally, the author has made the analysis summary to the related processing of spatial information based on its processing flow in spatial information system.
