With the popularity of power electronic devices and the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protection, harmonic pollution problems has been paid more and more attention. PFC technology is developped to improve the transmission efficiency, eliminate harmonic pollution. With the development of power device, the active PFC technology has also made considerable progress. Continuous conduction mode, average current control Boost PFC which is implemented by multiplier can achieve high power factor, has strong anti-jamming capability and stable performance, is the focus of this study.PFC technology and switching power supply technology are inextricably linked, the paper introduces several basic switching power converter first, and then introduceds the control principle of PFC. The control principle of continuous conduction mode, average current control Boost PFC is highlighted, and the block diagram is promoted on this basis.Through analyzing the system, voltage and current control loop, the paper design the schematic of reference, multiplier, voltage error amplifier, current error amplifier. The perfermence and the acurrcy of the IC, the stability and transient response of the control loop are our concerns.Subcircuit simulation and system simulation is taken to veryficate the perfermence of the IC. THD, PF, outputvoltage ripple, transmission efficiency are coifficients we concern.Simulation results show that the present work fully meet the design requirements. It’s a valuable attempt to combinae theoretical design and practical application.
