The Design And Implementation Of The Office Automation Management Network System Based On S2SH Framework Architecture

So that enterprises, especially the small and medium enterprises, are facing great challenge in the operation and production. This problem is particularly evident in the small and medium software company. At present, the company undertakes projects that involve all walks of life and are large scale,and then the project development and management become stretched in the complex environments. With the rapid development of network, the world has become a world of information now.The information processing and the construction of information technology has increasingly become a measure of a company, an enterprise, and even the strength of a country’s important factors.At present, company and enterprise gradually began to change the information construction from the device to the system.The traditional office after a long time of accumulation will produce large amounts of data, material and information,this will bring great difficulties to the management.In this case, people began to explore new forms of office. So the concept of office automation was born.The office automation manage a large number of data and information, to some degree, it liberates manpower and material resources and greatly reduce production costs, improve work efficiency and quality of the office.Now, the office automation management network system gets the favor of people gradually.Generally, the system should have the general function, that can record daily work,share resources and information, be conducive to promote employee communication,and collaborative work, be convenient for the management layer to know the status of the current work.The software was developed for the software company’s needs and by the system development methodology that combine prototyping and structured method. First of all,this paper describes the origin of the OA system, then discusses the domestic and foreign research status of OA system. With the analysis of the defects in the office mode of the small and medium-sized software company in our country, this paperexpounds the significance of the research on the OA system. Then the paper introduces the system development of the B/S structure and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the B/S structure and C/S structure simply and describes the MVC design pattern,the S2 SH framework. The paper also describes the related development technology(struts, spring, Java Script, Ajax and Hibernate Technology), and describes the development tools used and the development environment needed. Then the paper carry on the feasibility and requirement analysis of OA system, then designs and implements the OA system according to the requirement of the office business, and finally gives the related functions of the test content of OA system.OA system is developed through the powerful My eclipse, we use the B/S structure, and realize the office automation network system with My SQL database. The system shows a friendly man-machine interface to the users, meets the needs of office automation basically and initially owns capability in using.
