Municipal Government In Our Country Civil Servants Administrative Efficiency Measurement System Design And Implementation

The object of the project is to build a local government civil servantsadministration efficiency evaluation system based on E-government technique. TheElectronic information system is designed for verifying the administration ability andevaluating the administration effect. The system will make the work of evaluationcomputerized. The system can improve official’s quality. The system can make servicesfor citizens and provide technical support for government management. During theprocess of research and implementation, I follow the principles of software engineering,using the waterfall system development model to requirements analysis, design,development, testing. Based on the rearch of evaluation for teaching quality at homeand abroad, I have made innovations and built a complete set of evaluation indicators.Iused of the popular MVC framework.and made powerful MyEclipse as a developmenttool, established a Mature and stable development framework with Struts. Mysql wereused as a database system. VBA was used to generate report.and export the result toExcel. When the program was finished, unit testing, integration test and system testingwere required. In the end the system must be maintenance. I hope to improve the systemfor future studies and provide a direction for local government administration efficiencyevaluation.
