| Abstract: Nowadays, the electonoic governmental construction has been regarded as akey aspect of the national informatization in the future and archives management is one of themajor topics in the electronic governmental construction. On account of its extremelyimportance and specitility, the informatization of archives management is facing manydifficulties and challenges as many original files are collected during each revenue, whichneed to be collected, cleaned up, bound, calculated, searched and indexed by manual.Therefore, it become an urgency to solve such problems as how to manage and search thosearchives and materials that we need quickly.The thesis is based on the analysis of the characteristics of the revenue documentsmanagement, and makes reasonable use of the designed model to design the DocumentsManagements System on the basis of Struts Framework. In this system, such functions as thedocument management and full-text search are realized. The level of this system is clear andeasy for expansion and the maintenance. The primary research work is as follows:1.It has a deep reasearch on the design pattern of MVC and the framework as well as thedevelopment procedures of the struts. Based on the application chararistics of the J2EEB/S structure and layered development idea of Struts,it puts forward that thissystem be developed by using the Struts framework based on MVC model.2.By analyzing the requirement and characteristic of the Revenue Document ManagementSystem, the thesis makes a high-level architecture designing and detailed designing of thesystem with the method of software engineering.3. Many subfunctions such as document managements, system management and documentresearch are implemented, which meets the requirement of tax collection and archivesmanagement. 4.It improves the implementing process of Lucene and combines it with the documentdatabase CouchDB. Base on the new search methord, the full-text search is implementedin knowledge. With the modified retrieval algorithm method, upload tax collection andfull-text search is realized.Finally, this paper sums up the functional characteristics and the defects of the system andbrings forward the research direction in future. |
