Which requires system to ensure real-time foreign exchange rate collection and updating, rapid trade, system warning, finance information and so on.The background administration part of E-Foreign Exchange system designed in the article is used to update and maintenance customers' information, every foreign exchange market data, daily and history business and system characteristic. Also it requires absolutely safe of system information and customers' data and also efficient to transact some bargaining data. This administration system includes "System administration", "Bargain information administration" and "Account administration" three parts, 11 submodules, by which system operator could customize system interface, put out system notice, deal with daily bargain bills, capital flow and administrate investors' accounts, customers' groups, banks and stockjobbers information.The article selects Struts which is under J2EE architecture to implement such web system because of clear structure and convenient page navigation of Struts.
