At present network address administration, most companies adopt the mode of static IP distribution, there must be some problems on private IP setting. Because most of the network administration systems are not perfect, even if the network administrator knows that someone sets the wrong IP, he can not locate the illegal terminal device. How to manage the IP address effectively and locate the illegal IP in time is the most important problem that this thesis solves.The IP address administration system introduced by this thesis, is designed in order to resolve problem such as IP address overlaping, IP address supervisory control, and the difficulty that the network malfunction checking. It is a set of the network address resource administration system that can scan, compare background at the regular time, and communite with consumers very well. The regular time scaning program collects to current IP address information and the Mac of devices by using ping handles that is based on ICMP, ascertains if this IP address is legal IP with the definition of IP state, reports the illegal IP to consumers in time. It has completed the IP range administration, IP statement administration, and IP configuration administration. Scanning procedure uses multiwire of Java on the backstage, the appearing uses the current main frame Struts which has applied MVC, provides the amicable consumer interface.It porvoids the convenience to customers that they can check the IP address which being managed in time.The thesis introduces the background and studying practical significance firstly. And then analyses the design of scaning and appearing specifically for reality has needed, introduces the scanning procedure method, alarm appearing method, the flow, and the technology that used, and introduces the systematic testing method and process finally. Test result indicates that this system is able to satisfy the request basically, and has realized the supervisory control to IP address.
