Course Selection System Design And Implementation Based On Struts

Course selection management is an important part of the colleges educational administration system.Student course selection system is an indispensable part of school.Based on the theory of credit system and combining with the current actual situation of the colleges,integrating the credit system the modern network environment and the actual problems of the course system.meanwhile,in the process of the management,improving the quality of the management and the effect of the curriculum implementation,make the management become more scientific and standardized,playing a role for the improvement of the credit system transformation.Student course selection system can provide an effective way to query,to make them acquire sufficient information.This issue is based on the analysis of the exiting course selection system of colleges.Designed and implemented a web_based course selection system.There are the main contents of the subject: learning system design deeply,the knowledge and related technologies used in the process of practice,building system development environment,preparing for the development of the system;demand analysis of system in detail covering the functional requirements and performance requirements,the overall designing of the system process designing,UML modeling,function modules designing,database designing and so on;System implementation,the choice of system architecture,the Struts technology is applied to implement various functions of the system and so on.This paper first describes the research background and significance of the elective system,the main work of the elective system,and then in the system analysis stage,the system needs analysis and UML modeling;next to the use of the system architecture,including the function module and database design,the system includes three kinds of roles,such as administrators,teachers and students.The basic function of all has been substantially completed including the initial requirements analysis and the design of course selection system.In the case of running the system can not only meet the needs of course management,but also achieves the desired effect.The finishing of project let me know using object-oriented programming to completed the analysis and the design of the project through the thought of software engineering.It also let me understand how to use UML modeling and corresponding use case analysis that completed the database design and system implementation.The system finally completes the selection of course in network under the credit system.A lot of places need further improvement and perfection because the system is kind of big and system analysis matters a lot of things.In a word the design and accomplishment of the course selection systems which achieves the program preliminary requirements let me learn many learn many knowledge including how to analysis and design a project by using STRUCT framework.It is meaningful for me that it lays a solid foundation for future work.
