With the development of the need of heat measuring, the measuring and chargingmethod of the west becomes more and more popular in our country.But,the imported heatmeter is too expensive to be popularized.So new heat meter must be designed according tothe situation of our country.Because it is a new industry to us,there is a great gap betweenour products and the ones imported.This project researched the Heat Meter base onSTC12LE5410AD SCM, which combins the single chip microcomputer computingtechnology and digital temperature measurement technology. This heat meter providesexact charge gist between the heating compan and the consumers.This paper elaborated on the heat meter development based on STCLE5410AD SCMmainly the selection of hardware; hardware design and implementation of the circuit(including main circuit of single chip microcomputer, temperature measurement, flowmeter circuit, a wireless transmission module, a display circuit, a key circuit, power supplycircuit, etc.);software design the main train of thought the main module program flow;software (including the main program, key program,traffic collection program,temperature acquisition program, A/D conversion process,the wireless module program,program design and implementation of display);finally,in accordance with the " heatmeter industry standard CJ128-2000" in the relevant provisions on the design of heatmeter were preliminary test and examination and a detailed analysis of the heat metermodule precision.The research of the heat meter Based on STC12LE5410AD SCM realized the heatingsystem of the flow rate, temperature, heat measurement,and through the LCD displayheat-transfer liquid entrance temperature, outlet temperature,heat flow, cumulative flow,units, and other information, heat meter with EEPROM memory can be related to datastorage, ensuring. The electrical data is not lost, while the realization of thecommunication between PC and PC. The power supply is lithium battery with3.6V,it willwork incessancy exceed8years.And the error limit of flux sensor under5%. The heat meteBased on the STC12LE5410AD SCM can to meet national" heat meter industry standardCJ128-2000" standard.
