| As the development of the need of heat measuring, the measuring and charging method of the west beacames more and more popular in our country. But, the imported heat meter is too expensive to be popularized. So new heat meter must be designed according to the situation of our country. Bescause it is a new industry to us, there is a great gap between our products and the ones imported.The purpose of this project is to design a low-power comsuing heat meter using the new MCU MSP430FW427, which is designed by TI for three kinds of intelligent meters. Expriment hardware system is designed in order to set a fine base for the product, and the software is tested part by part on this hardware system.The main content of the thesis is as follows:First, the heat caculating method based on enthalpy D-value and heat coefficient is illustrate and proved, as well as the density correction. The method based on heat coefficient is used in this project. And the density correction equation of heat coefficient is proved in order to give a theorical foundation to the heat caculating function of the software sytem.Second, the characters of MSP430FW427 and its application in the project are stated, including some important peripheral modules, especially the Scan IF module used in flux counting. Then, common temperature sensors and flux sensors are sorted and illustrated. Futhermore, it explained the reason why resistance temperature sensor and mechanical flux sensor are chosen in this project.Third, experiment system for the project is designed, including hardware and software parts. Hardware part includes circuit of temperature information collection, the flux sensor connection, LCD connection, Scan IF module and the simple button. M-Bus communication interface is preserved in order to extend the hardware system.
