The mecha as the core of the CD-Rom drive part, is an importantexecutive component of reading and writing information on the opticaldisk. In IFA2009(Berlin international consumer electronics exhibition)exhibitions, Philips launched its new product-SoundBar series, this kindof new HTS8160home theater system uses a special surround effecttechnology called AMBIsound. Its original DVD player upgraded to BDplayer, its CD system compatible with music such as MP3formats, andjoined the Double bass effect. But this home theater made in China, in thelow frequency20~150Hz, the player do not read the informationcorrectly on the optical disk. The purpose of this paper is to improve theperformance of the domestic optical disk drive when works inlow-frequency.Firstly, to analyze the structure and working principle of the mecha, derived the main reason of failure of hard disk vibration and some typicalfailure mode.Secondly, the application of3D CAD software to establish the modelof NVD mecha. Structural dynamic characteristics of the optical diskdriver main parts and vibration isolation system can be analyzed by themulti-physical analysis software, ALGOR.Thirdly, in theory, vibration isolation design for the mecha systemand use LabVIEW simulation and analysis of the isolation program. Finally, to complete isolation test for NVD mecha of the structuresof the experimental platform, and use Matlab to draw the displacementamplitude map over time in the mecha system isolation before and after. After using the isolation system, the vibration amplitude of the mecha isreduced to meet the isolation requirements,it can be seen through thecurve.
