The micro vibration isolation technology becomes more and more important in the area of ultra precise measurement and ultra precise process. As a branch of vibration isolation technology, the means of vibration control takes charge of the application of vibration isolation technology. Especially in the condition of several decentralized vibration isolation foundation or multi-stages isolation system work associated, we need to improve and explore the means of vibration control. Based on the Fieldbus CAN, a new control system is developed in this paper, which can realize passive and active vibration isolation.In this paper, after analyzing the control principle of vibration isolation system, the CAN (Control Area Network) Fieldbus concept is introduced.In consideration of complexity of the controlled object, and wide distribution of the sensors, the core hardware circuits of the system are designed according to the system control principle and CAN Fieldbus feature, including centre controller circuit, signal acquisition circuit, DA/IO output circuit.In order to solve the extension weak point that traditional vibration isolation control system has, this paper exposits the technology details that vibration isolation control system based on CAN Fieldbus have, including network construction, protocol development. Still, it analyses the trouble detection and recovery of the control system. Finally, a Real-time Operating System-μCOS-II is introduced in the centre controller, which is a sign that the embedded system realized.In the aspect of high-control, a mathematic model about the high-control is constructed. After that, an algorithm of grading acquisition and trend judgment is proposed to improve the high-control situation. In the aspect of active control, the PID control algorithm is proposed.In the final section of the paper, the experimental study is performed to analyze the performance of the vibration isolation control system and the advantage of the grading acquisition and trend judgment algorithm. The performance of vibration isolation foundation is experimented too.
