Structural optimal of radar support to meet the requirements of lightweight,high precision,small displacement,low frequency vibration isolation for airborne radar has become an increasingly important research topic.In this paper,the vibration performance of airborne radar is studied.The research mainly focuses on the radar stiffened panel and the radar support.According to the structure of the original radar array panel,this paper research the vibration problem of thin plates by spline finite element method.Rebuild radar panel shape by topology optimization and size optimization,radar stiffened panel with smaller volume,higher mode,smaller vibration deformation and impact deformation under the main and secondary work conditions.In view of the fact that the radar support are connected to the web in a rigid manner,impact vibration can not be dispeled effectively.this pape design a vibration isolator between the radar support and the web.Considering the working conditions of the radar and the installation space of the isolator,a kind of composite structure,which is composed of dish spring column and flexible rod,is adopted to realize the passive vibration isolation in flat space.Through the computer simulation and the actual measurement data,it is clear that the vibration isolator has isolation effect in low frequency vibration on the main vibration direction.
