With the continuous development of our defense strength, Satellite positioning and navigation technology in military applications will also have broad application prospects. In this paper, with the basis of GPS vehicle positioning, as an experiment, we Designed and implemented a system of Information management which can service in the military command of the brigade and regiment level of vehicle-mounted weapon. Through this system, commanders can quickly determine the status of respective vehicle-mounted weapon, and so to analysis battlefield state correctly and o set determines. Commands and intelligence information will be uploaded issued in this system, so that the efficiency of battlefield command will be improved.The main task of this system is software development and supporting hardware development. The hardware part of the system, we used ITRAX03-02as a GPS module to transmit GPS positioning data and used F2103device as a GPRS module to transmit data wirelessly. These two modules and in-car PC were connected through a serial port. The functionality of the software part is to handle the Real-time data from the GPS hardware module. So, it can display browser and operating the GPS positioning information on a map to meet the user needs. First, we need to handle the real-time Positioning data from the GPS module, Next Using Ajax polling technology, we can get the treated data in real time. We used JavaScript to make the anchor track which based on the GPS information. And then, all of the information can be loaded on the electronic map, so that we can realize the real time display, browsing, remote location, operating and other functions.
