As the national macro policies and measures of continuously introduce,customer purchase behavior gradually become mature and rational,the real estate industry has growing competition. Real estate enterprise want to win in the competition, they need to accurately judge of the market, good customer relationship management (CRM) is the enterprise survival and the development of the key factors. The real estate industry has a great deal of data, provide the necessary condition for the customer relations management for further research.The real estate marketing in our country follows the course and way of the developed countries basically and is not in with times. Considering the application of time sequence analysis and association rule in the real estate marketing,finding association rule of the target people in different time and useful information of clustering customer for real estate marketing association rule, and so on. It takes an advantage method used in real estate marketing field application.This paper introduces the theory that include real estate customer relationship management,data warehouse,data mining,required association rules and timing analysis technology in the paper. Through analysis go to establish customer intentionality index system and sales model with calculation method in customer relationship management. Through the association rules and timing analysis of the data of the empirical analysis, obtained valuable rules with the model.
