The Application Of Data Mining In Analysis On The Real Estate Data

In the last few years,the development of Data Mining has caused arouse wide concern of all circles.The reason is existing a lot of data which is needed to change to information and knowledge of practical significance.The information and knowledge acquired can be used widely in various fields, including business management,market analysis,production control,scientific exploration,engineering design and so on.Data Mining is a process of identifying the effective, original,potentially useful and ultimately understandable pattern among the enormous data which are incomplete,obscure and random. It is an advanced technology of data analysis. Data Mining is an interdisciplinary, involving databases,artificial intelligence,statistics, machine learning,pattern recognition and other fields. In these years,Data Mining has been used in practice widely as database.And Data Mining has obtained the trust of people. Data Mining,s application in Real Estate Data can dig hidden and valuable knowledge in the data.Association Rules mining is one of the most important methods of Data Mining,which mines interesting association or correlation relationships among a large set of data items.The relationship is unknown and hidden,which can not get by logical operation and statistics.In these years, Association Rules has become a research focus in Data Mining,which has been widely used in marketing,shopping cart,transaction data analysis,document analysis,web mining,intrusion detection and other fields.This thesis mainly investigates the application of Association Rules mining in analysis on Real Estate Data. It will follow two steps, First of all, it will conduct a deep research on techniques of Data Mining and the theory of association rules as well as the algorithm of Apriori. Next,with the Apriori algorithm of Association Rules, the thesis will carry out a data mining on the collected data and further analysis and evaluate the results.
