Research And Development Of Real Estate Valuer Association Website Based On Webgis

With the further development of the national economy and the land management reform system, the management for land appraisal institutions and land appraisers and benchmark land price information releasing of the land administrative departments should become more the norm, it will become future development trend that using advanced information technology to improve scientific management level. At the same time, along with the diversified development of land market, land investors, land users, and the public is an urgent need to quickly achieve the latest information of urban benchmark land prices and land valuation industry. But most of these websites did not release and query the information of benchmark land price, and the interaction of these websites is low for the public (such as land users, investors, etc.), and the level of land datas sharing between departments are lower, which restricted the development of local land market in a certain extent.In this paper, on the basis of these problems, using the advanced WebGIS technology, Ajax and a rich client technology, data network transmission technology and workflow technology, under the.NET environment, realized the organization and management of multi-source massive spatial data by using the method of ArcSDE connected to SQL Server database, designing and developing the real estate valuers association website based on ArcGIS Server platform.The paper main research contents and results are as follows:(1) According the business requirement of real estate valuers association, and dissertated a rich client technology based on Ajax which applied map service, the integrated raster and vector data network transmission technology, the technology of web map in automatic mapping of heuristics based on demand-oriented and the workflow technology, provided a guarantee for the standardized, integrated management and online office of real estate valuers association under the limited bandwidth.(2) Using the Asp.Net、Dreamweaver8to design perfect man-machine interface friendly interface and function, extracting some relative requirement parameters to build interest model of users by using the coupling technology of web servers and expert knowledge base, easing the contradiction between the professional cartography and the personalization of web map.(3) Analyzing the business process of real estate valuers association, according the users’ needs to build a series work-flow for the different business, regulating the management of real estate valuers association for the land valuation agencies and land appraisers, establishing a comprehensive work-flow system to lay the foundation for the association.(4) Developed the real estate valuers association website based on WebGIS, by viewing the specific application of it, this website has played a certain role in promoting for the informatization and publicity about business management of the department of land and resources and the real estate valuers association. Released the benchmark land price information through the website make it transparent, which has played a positive effect for investors, land users to know the latest land price information in time and the healthy development of the land market, and has a certain practical value.
