Microblog, commonly known as "weibo", is a "real-time information network based on wired and wireless Internet terminal releasing fine short messages for other users to share." To the individuals, Weibo is a handy plaything accompanying us easily; to the groups, it is the neighborhood acquaintance society, making us "travel thousands miles through clouds " yet still realize profoundly that "a near neighbor is better than a distant relative"; to the society, Weibo is an extended acoustic space and a free market of public opinions, where the "voice" can be received once it appears and will be able to compete and win in this market as long as it strong enough. It can be said that micro-blog is another miracle for human being brought by technology and could generate more magical things in the developing China.Weibo, whose previous form is Twitter in American, which is just a whisper platform as "Fanfou" or "Jiwai" in China. Since the chatters no longer just ask "have you eaten", but gradually begin to ask "are you still capable of eat?" The personal toy is beginning to enter into the second generation of media evolution pointed out by Paul Levinson, the "mirror" a functional tool. But the dissection of social system never disappeared. In July2009, a so-called "technical failure" made such transform difficult. However this new stuff, regarded as a perfect small flame of "China’s democratic process accelerator", never extinguish.Beta testing was conducted in Sina micro-blog on August2009, the name of "Weibo" was provided and finally confirmed by Sina. If2009is the first year of Weibo,2010, could be called Weibo’s second year, and2011is the third year of Weibo. In this year, although Renmin’s Weibo is still in the sign of beta, the social action based on Weibo, represented as" using handy camera to rescue child beggars", has been mighty launched. Weibo is a platform, users are actors, issues are means of action, and the transforming China as "normative orientation" is also accommodated, all of which become action elements making "Weibo action" seemingly beautiful at least. Social actors do not have to take "dramatic way" to attract attention from media, since the media is in their own hands. As a young learner majoring in a relative young discipline, it’s kind of shame to start this research from sociology. However, based on journalism and communication theory, analyzing motivation elements of "Weibo action" is really meaningful. If we say that previous studies have replicable functions for the future, then this study at least gives the academic a point of view.
