Citizen participation is an academic topic with a long history, the earliest research mainly concentrated on political participation. With the development of times and the advancement of academic research, as the social media developed, to further improve the relative public political level, the citizen’s political participation and the role of social media together research more and more.. Social media the political life of the ecological impact of the largest is the socials, the audience for socials media and the form of information transmission, a public political life space across the front of all people, citizens, especially young people in the field of social and public affairs to free discussion, comments, Suggestions, formed the network public opinion, affecting the process of social and public affairs, and a push by social media, and to influence social process model, the social media participation was born.Outbreak of Taiwan in March 2014 in "Sunflower Movement", especially the performance of the social media, Taiwan province and even the Chinese people around the world on issues clothing trade on the streets of political movement of long duration, and participation, and the subsequent influence of social media attention. In this article, through the description of the macroscopic Angle and micro Angle, to"Sunflower Movemenf" of social media in Taiwan to participate in the performance is analyzed.
