The Question Of Social Movement's Issue Framework And Mobilization Strategy

China is in the period of political and economic transition, social change brings social progress and economic development at the same time to adjust the pattern of interests, badly differentiated gap between rich and poor and inefficient government agencies, the social environment of the contradiction of catalysis. The social movements that have emerged and are in the form of more and more frequently.Frequent phenomenon of social movement has become a hot issue in contemporary china. More and more scholars pay attention to it. The thesis research on social movement is mostly focused on the theory of resource mobilization and political process, and the study of the rational interpretation of the tendency. However, there is little related to the social movement in the emotional mobilization of the relevant research. In this paper, from the perspective of emotion, through the way of issue framework and emotional mobilization to analyze the mobilization mechanism, explore the social mobilization of the law and put forward the strategy of the state to cope with social movements. According to the rationality and irrationality of mobilization mechanism, the social movement is divided into two types of "common sense" and "conflict", and the research methods of comparative analysis of relevant cases are used to analyze the mobilization mechanism in social movement.This paper is divided into three parts, the specific contents are as follows:The first part is the first chapter, based on the summary of the research of the previous scholars, the significance and purpose of this study is clear. Systematic review of this study involves the theory and research methods, to clarify the research ideas, clear the main structure of the article.The second part is the main part of this article, namely chapter 2-3. According to the specific analysis of the two types of social movement, the analysis of social mobilization mechanism. In the second chapter, based on Mccarthy's theory of resource mobilization, this part analyzes the issues of the social movement and the mobilization strategy, and analyzes the rational mobilization mechanism. In Chapter 3, on the basis of macadam "cognitive liberation" concept and Goffman, Snow's "framework" concept, combined with the two levels of the individual and the society, from the micro, meso level analysis of conflict of social movements in protest mobilization of the general paradigm and explore individual emotions and collective identity sense of how everyday political life and the social and cultural influence, and groups of framework for action to the social movements of ideographic function.The third part is the summary of the article, that is, chapter 4-5. This part is mainly to analyze the transformation mechanism and transformation law of the type of social movement, and analyze the transformation paradigm of mobilization mechanism in the social movement type in the Internet age. Finally, based on the analysis of the full text, it is pointed that the government should scientifically deal with the social movement, the need to pay attention to the construction of the media and social movement emotional factors, in order to promote the healthy interaction between the government and the public.
