As one of the research directions in electric field, EMC receives more and more attention all around the world. Many developed countries have made EMC as one of requests that all electronic products have to meet, so do many developing countries. In china, some mandatory EMC requests have been made for some electric products in 2003. The market access certifications are provided by EMC test.EMC is a subject which depends on test heavily. Therefore, EMC test is an important domain in EMC research. In traditional, the EMC test includes EMI and EMS. Every time an EMC test has been finished, people will ask how this result is reliable because a reliable result is the basic factor for electronic products to meet the mandatory EMC requests. So it is necessary to do some research on uncertainties in EMC test. Many relational organizations, such as CISPR and IEC, have done a lot of works in this issue and have acquired some achievements. The work on uncertainties in EMI tests is almost finished. Nevertheless, the work on uncertainties in EMS tests just begins.The paper analyses the uncertainties in conducted immunity test system. Every influence quantity in the test system is analyesed in a reliable mathematical model. The results of many tests are compared with the theoretic result.
