How to improve the processing efficiency of so much order has become the focus of business operations efficiency.In this case, we proposed to establish an efficient processing system for enterprise purchase orders, according the characteristics of the purchase orders based framework contract business mode, to solve the problem in the order process:complex manual operation, inefficient, error-prone. The system will check the data of purchase orders with the frame contract automatic, and convert the configuration automatically, and auto-generate the quotation for the orders. And the system also integrates with related system, in maximum to reduce human involvement, thus avoiding the manual review process. Through the system, the average efficiency of enterprise order processing up to20times or more.In the text, we introduced the result of requirement research, and give the optimization program for business by analyzing the problem of the process. After this, we put forward the scope and goal of building up systems, then list the requirements specification, and analysis the key elements of architecture design according to the requirements specification. Then we give the system logic architecture design and domain models and the table structure design, and module division and service interface definitions. Finally, we give a comprehensive summary of this work, indicating the state of the system is running, and explain the system problems exists and the way of improvement.
