Research And Analysis On Network Purchasing Information Management System Of Jiaojiang District Government In Taizhou City

With the deepening of the Reform and increasingly frequent government procurement activities, China has made great achievements in regulating government procurement practices, improving the efficiency of financial providers, promoting the construction of clean and honest government and so on. Improving the level of digitalization and information technology of government procurement is not only an important measure for regulating government procurement practices, but also constitutes an important aspect of its automation, intelligence and, transparency. Government procurement network refers to the whole process of government procurement activities through government e-procurement platform network, which uses the computer technology and network communication technologies. Government procurement network is a very important part of the digitalization of government procurement, and a combination of procurement management and office automation. The procurement network of the local government of Jiaojiang district, Taizhou could improve the efficiency of government procurement, with its feature of openness, fairness, impartiality which is also one part of Jiaojiang e-government. The designing and implementation of Taizhou City Government procurement system is a very meaningful work.This paper introduces the background, significance and current research and application of Jiaojiang District Government Procurement Management-Information System Project which makes clear the content and the main thesis of the work; in the part of work analysis, the paper studies the system problems, institutions, and former process, offering an improved processes; in the part of functional analysis, the paper analyzes the cases and descriptions, making clear the function of the system, when gives the overall function diagram of the system and sub-functions diagram, including the sub functional diagram of purchase orders management, purchase plans management, product management, supplier management and system management. And other sub-package diagram; in the part of the data analysis, this papers analyzes the date of each function of the system, giving the diagram of a concrete category relationship, established a structure of the database; Finally, the paper summarizes all the studies and analysis, and makes a prediction of future work.
