The Research And Development Of Mold Manufacturing Enterprise Production Scheduling System Base On Orders

As the degree of world economic integration and globalization deepening, as a basis industry, mold manufacturing especially small and medium size mold manufacturing enterprises, their survival and development is facing increasingly severe test. Continuous development and progress of science and technology make the enterprise have to adapt to the trend of social development. Modern science and technology has been widely used in enterprise management as the traditional mode of production management has seriously hampered the further development of enterprises, in order to obtain further development, production. Oriented enterprise should introduction of advanced information technology to improve production management level as well as the competitiveness of the enterprise.In this background, the context researched and developed suitable production scheduling management system based on actual production status of mold enterprise. Through the successful implementation of the system, orders classification review, orders dynamic tracking and control, orders allocation and automatic production scheduling, and other functions have realized, so that the production management level has been greatly improved.This paper outlines the mold enterprise production scheduling features, summarizes business processes and uses UML modeling tools to describe system requirements for the purpose of designing a rational system; design the system functional modules and interfaces according to the modular design way and complete the design of the database; then introduced the system’s main problem as design process production scheduling model, production staff optimization, scheduling algorithms library design; finally the system shows the main interface introduces the implementation of each module.In this paper, the system is currently running well in business, which means the system conforms to the requirements of product management, enterprise production management efficiency has also been improved significantly. Mold manufacturing production planning and scheduling system based on orders improve the enterprise resource allocation capabilities, enhance production management level, provide the foundation for enterprises to move towards greater success.
