Ltd business processes and requirements of the purchasing of the bulk fuel, and make uniform plan upon the procurement process of the iron ore, coal, iron alloy, accessories and other raw materials, and combine with the characteristics of material varieties, more specifications, more test items and quickly change of the price, together with the relevant management of the contract management, contract execution, delivery tracking statistics and analysis, contract settlement, financial management, procurement cost accounting, inventory management and so on. Design and achieve the original fuel procurement contract settlement system basing the Microsoft.NET Framework and Microsoft SQL Server platform based on B/S. Make clear the overall design aim, analysis of data and business requirement of the system. Design the function framework of the system. Describe the designs of the database system of contract management and settlement management, and optimize the design of the data processing model of the core business.During the process of the analysis and design, in order to better adapt to the demands of the enterprise management, improve the procurement of raw material and fuel related business integration and promote the management level, the "enhanced operational norms, weaken the artificial intervention, gradually realize the automatic settlement” are the basic design purpose, and the “modular” thought is throughout the process. Based on logistics and cash flow information, a management system is formed with the information flow, through consolidating the thought of the purchasing management and business process.Settlement system design and implementation, which can greatly improve work efficiency in the procurement business process, improve the purchasing management concentration, and reduce the purchasing management in the human intervention factor, for enterprises to create greater management efficiency. |
