Design And Implementation Of Power Enterprise Procurement Management System Based On B/S

The electric power enterprise is responsible for the electric power transportation and the power supply in our country.It is an important enterprise to ensure the economic development of our country.In the daily operation,the power companies need to purchase a variety of materials.If these materials cannot be purchased on time,it will have a great impact on the power supply.At present,the procurement management of electric power enterprises is still manual management,which is inefficient and cannot meet the needs of current power purchase management.Although electric power enterprises are more advanced than other industries in information degree,the use of information products in electric power enterprises has not been popularized in purchasing management.Under this background,we need to develop a procurement management system that accords with the power enterprises in China.Through this system,we can complete the procurement work of electric power enterprises,improve the efficiency of procurement and the quality of purchasing materials,and ensure the smooth supply of electric power in electric power transportation.Functionally,the power enterprise procurement management system consists of six modules,which can manage procurement plan,purchase list,quotation and inquiry information,quality information and inventory information in procurement.Through this system,managers can make the purchase plan conveniently,and apply and approve the purchase plan.The purchaser can manage the bidding information and inquiry information,and can also manage the purchase order and contract information.The purchase of goods which are not in accordance with the provisions can be treated for return.The sampling inspection personnel can make a plan for the extraction of materials and record the results of the sampling inspection.The person in charge of the enterprise can make a statistical analysis of the relevant data of the purchase.In design and development technology,the paper uses UML technology to complete the modeling work of the system,and use case diagram and timing diagram to describe the use case and functional design of the system.When designing the database of the system,this paper first gives the relationship between the entity and the different entities of the system through the concept model,and then gives the structure of the key table through the form.The development technology of the system is ASP.NET technology and AJAX Technology,and the system using SQL Server as the database.Finally,this paper uses the black box test way to complete the system test work.
