The Design And Implementation Of WCDMA Network Performance Optimization Systerm

With the explosion of wireless communication network business and scale, Network Optimization becomes to face more and more complex tasks, now it is urgent to delevop tools to optimize the network. This paper originate from the WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Mutiple Aceess)Wireless network optimization.System which was used to analyze wireless network and provide multiple views and reports. This system was based on performance parameters, project parameters,radio parameters and alarm parameters, which were used to evaluate and optimize the network effieiently. As an important part of the WCDMA Wireless network optimization systetn, the performance analysis subsystem was used to analyze performance data retrieved from OMCR(Operation Maintain Center Radio Network Controller), performance indicators and templates which were used to query data and query results were generated as report in the form of tables or charts, which then were saved in Excel files for users referance.This Paper mainly illustrated the theory of WCDMA network performance analysis system, the design and realization of the performance analysis subsystem. Firstly, the requirments of WCDMA Wireless network optimization system was specified, then the components of the WCDMA system was introduced, later discussed the origination,objective,architecture and the main functionality of the WCDMA wireless network optimization system, Further more the performance analysis subsystem. The illustrated the priceple of the performance analysis, the performance data flow of its optimization, and the application in real network optimization progress.The classes and packages in the progresss of loading and consolidating of performance data flow were implemented, based on data retrieve from network elements and type transfer. Requirements specification was introduced, states were modeled, techniques were analyzed, problem solving approaches were illustrated and optimization advice was considered. Finally, test processes run in environment were introduced by the testing of the performance analysis system, the automantic test tools for the performance analysis system was stated.
