With the fast development of our national economy, it’s a good opportunity for hotel industry to make great improvement. And it’s key to grasp this chance to enhance their strength. Hence, if the hotels want to increase labor productivity, lower management cost, Improve the management and service quality and increase economic benefit, apply advanced consumer management system of hotel catering is definitely an important route to enhancing their competitive power.According to the real situations of Korea Dynasty of Baoqing county,this thesis studies the consumer management system for hotels’catering. In order to meet the needs of the hotels’real management which are simple and practical, safe and reliable, expandable, and economical and take these as constructing principle.First of all, this paper introduces the design and achievement of consumer management system of Korea catering in Baoqing county, explore the theory in the process of developing and designing, adopt the method of object-oriented openly, apply UML skill to accomplish the modeling system both in static and dynamic field. Secondly, according to the operation and management of Korean catering in Baoqing county and by analyzing the work flow this paper analyses the system function in detail and come up with a structural drawing which include seven functional models like, basic information management, reception management, inventory management, financial management, data analysis and system management. What’s more, through the design and realization of system it finally develops a management information system in catering for the needs of hotel. Lastly, it tests the whole system and analyse the result.The system adopts a current popular systematic structure of three tier client/server and saves the information in SQL and SERVER to make the made-time information sharing possible and cater for the hotel industry development needs. The system features running stably, well-structured data and high stability. At present, the system has been put into practice in Korean hotels of Baoqing county with good results.
