Analysis And Design Of Personnel And Payroll Management System For Heilongjiang Agricultural And Vocational College Of Technology

As the human management system reform further develops in vocational colleges, Human and Salary Management becomes an important work. Modern human and salary management which is based on the computer technology, network technology and software technology, becomes an important part of digital campus.This paper describes that we develop the proper human and salary management system by combining the C/S and B/S model together according to our college’s reality and credit policy. In this paper, the writer analyzes the human and salary management system in Heilongjiang agricultural and Vocational College of Technology according to the development process, ensuring the function requirements, designing six model which contains human management, attendance management, salary management, statement management, query management and system management. A certain number of sub modules make up the model. All those models finish the human and salary management work together. After code realization, we test the system by white-box testing and black-box testing.The writer uses c#as the system development language, stores the system data by the powerful data management of SQL SERVER2005. The ASP.NET is the Platform of the functional model which belongs to B/S model. By using the advanced and popular development model and technology, this system has a better practicability and expandability. At the present, this system is tried to run in our college, from this we can see that this system can meet the need of professional work, improve the work efficiency and the accuracy of data processing, simplify the salary calculation, save the human and financial resources, provide the convenient and quickness to the human salary management.
