City Television Station’s Survival And Development Strategy Research

with the market competition is fierce day by day, coupled with the CCTV, provincial satellite TV station and TV station of these powerful impact, weaker strength of local television station is facing difficulties, step forward dimension difficult, they may compete in flexion, may fail in competition. In the face of such challenges, local TV stations must change the traditional way of thinking and behavior, positive identification of new development strategy, expand diversified resource path, so that the television resource gets optimal configuration, thereby improving the TV station in the industrialization process of the core competence. In this paper, by using the method of literature review, interview and comparative research method, take the Qinzhou TV station for example, put forward Qinzhou stations currently in existence and the problems existing in the development process, according to the Qinzhou television station ’s survival and development strategy research, hope to further promote the city television station’s survival and development.
